Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellation

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. 
• Should you need to cancel your order after the 24-hour period, we will do our best to accommodate your request. 
• In the event that we do accept a cancellation after the 24-hour period, a 20% cancellation fee may apply as production may have already commenced on your order.
• Please note that once your order has been printed, it cannot be cancelled.

Modification

• If you need to make changes to your order such as personalization, shipping address,... please let us know as soon as possible.
• While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, modifications may not always be possible if production on your order has already commenced.
• If modifications are possible, additional fees may apply.
• Please note that once your order has been printed, it cannot be modified.
