Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, it enters our production queue for custom processing. Each item is made to order, and the typical production timeline is 5–7 business days.
Please note:

During peak periods, production times may be extended slightly. We’ll always keep you informed and work to complete your order as quickly as possible.

If your order requires personalized adjustments or confirmation details, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing.
Shipping Time
- Economy Shipping: 10-14 business days total (5-7 days processing + 5-7 days shipping)

Express Shipping: 7-11 business days total (5-7 days processing + 2-4 days shipping)
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors, such as weather conditions or postal service delays. However, rest assured that we work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any potential delays and keep you informed of your order's status.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and shipping method selected. All packages are insured against loss or damage during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order and estimate its delivery date.
Address Accuracy
To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please double-check and provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support team at cs@customfam.com as soon as possible no later than 24 hours after placing order.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package from the carrier, we will not be responsible for reshipping the order. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be resent to the correct address.
