Not a happy customer

This ornament took almost a month for me to receive. While I ordered this ornament in November they claimed they shipped it and it was never shipped. They sent me the wrong tracking information. As i wait patiently hoping I'm going to be happy with the product, I finally received it and it's def poor quality. The champion belt doesn't look as detailed 3D looking as the picture. Also one side is acrylic the other side isn't u can feel the print out. It's just not what i expected. They could've at least double sided with the acrylic. When i asked they said it was double sided. The print out is , but not the acrylic part. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they definitely will communicate with you and respond as soon as they can. Other than that im not satisfied.
