The ornament I initially received was very poorly printed. After leaving a two-star review, I was contacted by customer service, who admitted there was an issue and offered a replacement. The replacement was as nice as I expected the original to be. They even upgraded it to a larger size.
This sun catcher is really cute. I bought it for my grandkids and they loved decorating their house with it.

I ordered this item in good faith and the advertisement said it would be there by Xmas. It was not!
When I contacted the company, it said the cutoff date was 12/7 and my order was made on 12/9, so the promise to arrive prior to Xmas was not valid.
Again I have no proff I ordered or prior, but the statement that it would arrive by Xmas was still in the ad.
Apparently they but off more than they chew and dis not make themselves clear.
A refund of 10% was offered. Barely worth my time.
This company has a lot to learn about good customer service. If they cannot honor their services as stated, they need to be up front and at k easy offer to cancel the order. Will not ever purchase from them again. Their loss!
